Pastor Johnell Norton Assigned to MUMC

Everyone Is Welcome

      We are excited to announce that Pastor Johnell Norton is assigned to Memorial United Methodist Church as of July 1, 2019 by Bishop Sudarshana Devadhar. Pastor Norton will be assigned to a halftime ministry. 

​A retired chemist, Johnell lives in Cranston, R.I. and is married to Cynthia. They met in college and were married in 1970. They have been active in lay ministry in the United Methodist Church throughout their life together, leading Bible Studies, singing in the choir and serving on various church, district and conference committees.
